Oviedo, United States - Usa thank you for solving this problem. Manufacturer outright refused to help, UK carriers said they could not help and none of them had ever heard of this non carrier lock. I find it unethical that such a thing exists. Thankfully you were able to clear it. It has been tested over two software updates and appears to be a permanent resolution.
